With an abundance of shows, spas, nightlife, shopping and games, you’ll never be bored with the entertainment options in Las Vegas. The city is also famous for its expansive dining experiences, with a variety of cuisine types and ambience to satisfy your every craving. In our recent trip with Nima, we found that a gluten-free Las Vegas trip is not only possible, but very enjoyable!
Whether you’re looking for comfort food, romantic atmosphere, or looking to overindulge at a buffet, we’ve gathered our favorite #nimatested gluten-free restaurants in Las Vegas below!
Located in the restaurant corridors at the Venetian, Yardbird specializes in Southern comfort food and backs it up with their amazing Southern hospitality by the staff. Let them know about your level of gluten sensitivity, and they will make their famous fried chicken gluten-free with an alternative batter fried in a separate pot of fresh oil. This is the best way to start off your gluten-free Las Vegas experience! Menu
Searsucker is an elegant but relaxed restaurant serving modern American cuisine and drinks. Located inside the Caesars Palace Casino hall, this restaurant is a great example of how top-notch the level of dining knowledge and service is in Las Vegas. Although Searsucker is not an entirely gluten-free restaurant, the entire staff was very accommodating. They will go through the menu to suggest options and substitutions to make it work for you. Menu
One of Searsucker’s popular items is jars of chilled seafoods. This simple hamachi ceviche came with side of grilled peppers, all of which were gluten-free.
Grilled peach salad with goat cheese. The peach, dressing and cheese were GF.
For those who come to Las Vegas to gamble, you might be looking to get cash out of an ATM. But for those sweet teeth looking for a gluten-free Las Vegas, this is probably the ATM you’ll want to visit.
Like we found at Disney Springs (see our Disney Springs Dining Guide), Sprinkles has a store and a 24-hour cupcake ATM at the Linq’s outdoor promenade. Although it’s not baked at a dedicated gluten-free bakery, we tested the gluten-free red velvet cupcake and Nima smiled. Menu
Mon Ami Gabi
You will feel like you’re at an authentic Parisian cafe when sitting at a small outdoor table at Mon Ami Gabi. If you’re familiar with other Lettuce Entertain You brands, you won’t be surprised that this casual French restaurant at the Paris hotel serves many classic French favorites on their separate gluten-free menu. Menu
We ordered the salmon with mashed peas, which was delicious and gluten-free. Enjoy the gluten-free toast while you wait.
This casual chain restaurant has a vast selection of dishes that can be prepared gluten-free. Just look for the gluten-free symbol on the menu and tell your server. Menu
The burgers and fries are gluten-free!
Even the nachos with the abundance of toppings can be made gluten-free by substituting the queso nacho sauce with shredded cheese.
Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak and Stone Crab
For that special night when you want to dress up and spoil yourself but can’t decide between juicy steak or fresh seafood, you can have both at Joe’s Seafood, Prime and Stone Crab.
Located at the Forums Shops at Caesar, you can choose from a variety of cuts of steak or share a fresh seafood tower listed on the gluten-free menu. Menu
The FILET OSCAR. We tested the filet mignon, Alaskan king crab, asparagus, and béarnaise sauce on the side.
Wicked Spoon Buffet
For anyone with food sensitivities that can be triggered from cross contact, a buffet can be very tricky place to dine. However with careful planning, research, and communication with the staff, finding things to eat at a buffet is possible. Just let your server know about your food sensitivities at Wicked Spoon Buffet and the team will take care of you. Located at the Cosmopolitan hotel, the chef from this buffet will walk with you through the serving stations to let you know which dishes you can eat and which stations to avoid. They are also very open to cooking a new batch of a dish you may want to try in separate areas for some dishes. Buffet Info
The chefs at some stations are able to make new batches like this gluten-free pasta to meet your dietary needs.
For the full gluten-free Las Vegas buffet experience, we recommend that you carry extra capsules and save some room for dessert!
