Gluten-free Bakery: #nimatested Lucky Spoon Baked Goods

Gluten-free Bakery

Founded by Jim Schulte and his wife Pam, Lucky Spoon Bakery aims to change how people think and feel about gluten-free foods. These two bakery owners are very familiar with the gluten-free diet — Jim is gluten intolerant, and was the original reason why Pam set out to use her superb baking skills to make gluten-free foods just as savory and flavorful as non gluten-free items. Mastering this in no time, they were more than ready to share these goods with everyone else too!

Their overall mission? To bring fresh, delicious and of course gluten-free goods to you.

You can find where to purchase their gluten-free goodies via the website Lucky Spoon Bakery. They’re also in a nice variety of grocery stores — Whole Foods, Sprouts Farmers Market, and Safeway to name a few. Keep reading to see what we #nimatested!
